The staff are EASY GOING and the room was good basic and well-maintained with quite a nice view. The rooms include safe for safety measures.
Views are quite bad.

We like the fact that it was central to our needs. We would stay there again easy Loved having room service available although needs to stay available later in the night.
I left feedback in the room about the scuffs on the furniture.

Possibly the best and brilliant stay on this visit. Central location, relatively near Air Nightclub. - Adjacent to nightclubs and bars. - Downstairs bar and clean pool.

The hotel staff were great. Due to a booking inconsistency with Booked.net the manager provided us with the room I had booked. Unfortunately it came with an extra $40 price tag.
I didn't appreciate booking and paying for a twin room (2 single beds) only to find on arrival at the hotel that we had to pay an extra $40 for the second bed.

Generally, the place was high quality and had very attentive and easy going staff from management down to staff. Its location close to St George's Cathedral was good.
The views were quite bad.

My room was on the first floor opposite the lifts and the building next door has air cons on the roof outside the room window. Noise all night long. Your hotel also has noisy water pipes.
Location.
Almost everything else although I did not go to the bar or restaurant.

Close proximity to the city and it was easy to get to the air port. Hotel staff were friendly and very helpful.
The room was extremely noisy and had poor natural lighting.

4N Stay with SOP
In general: SOP's service differs greatly among their staff. One thing in common though is that they barely smile and most are frowning the entire time. The stay was relatively value for money but for a 4 star hotel at this price range we expected much more. The rooms were in a major need of a makeover although still functional. Location and surroundings: The hotel is near to the CBD area and has many food options nearby, some opening till relatively late hours. There are also multiple CAT bus stops within a 5 minutes walk and there is also a Chemist warehouse within a 2 minutes walk. Overall the location is relatively good. Service: During check in, we were attended by a lady who smiled occasionally and allowed us to check in slightly earlier since the room was ready. We were grateful for her help and thanked her. However, when we consistently had to call the front desk for an extra towel (there were 4 of us but they kept giving us 3 towels), the manager told us to pick it up from them at the lobby. When we enquired why there was always only 3 towels instead of 4 since there are beds for 4 people, he simple ignored the question and snapped at us rudely. When we wanted to collect our stored luggages from the very same manager during check out, he was also very rude and did not seem to be interested in attending to us. We believe the hotel can better train their staff (and their managers) to ensure a more balanced service quality. We were appalled that the junior staff had much better service than a manager who we believe should be even better at what he does. Thoroughly disappointing. Dining: Breakfast was unfortunately "not included". However you could top up an AUD15 per pax to enjoy their buffet breakfast. Sports and leisure: A pool was open but we did not use it as it was winter and the floor of the pool was so dirty we could see the visible green algae on the floor of the pool. Room: The room was pretty big and sufficient for a twin double bed room. However the fixtures seemed to be a bit old. The shower head seemed like it would break off anytime and everything looked really run down. However they were still functional and performed like they should have. However, we noticed that there were small roaches in the room crawling by twice which was quite disturbing. Useful tips: Book this hotel if you're looking for value for money. Otherwise you are better off spending your money somewhere else.

Great location, close to everything! 🌟 Don't miss out on the standard king room overlooking the pool - it's a winner!

I enjoyed the location to the city. the bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. All in all a very quiet and clean room. It is my second stay and I would not hesitate to stay there again on my next visit to Perth. I have recommended The Seasons to my friends when they come to Perth as well. Thank you to all the helpful staff that assisted me a number of time. Thanks Seasons. Regards Sheryl

Reasonable place and comfortable for twin share with 2 large double beds.
You cant smoke anywhere in the hotel. I think its discriminatory but thats the trend these days. A bit pricey for what it is but excellent location.
